Welcome to The Breeze Guesthouse Based In Bootle.
The Breeze Guesthouse is a luxury town house, built in 1840 and located on Hawthorne road in Bootle. We have a beautiful selection of single, twin and family rooms including a purpose built ground floor accessible room. All our rooms are ensuite and non smoking.
At the end of your day we can provide a home cooked evening meal and to finish off why not have a drink in our snug lounge and bar to relax and unwind. We have FREE parking for all our guests staying at Breeze Guesthouse.
Breeze Guesthouse Location and Transport
Breeze Guesthouse is in the heart of Bootle Village, 3 miles away from the vibrant city of Liverpool, home of the Beatles. Also we are a short walk away from Liverpool and Everton stadia and the world famous Aintree race course is only moments away.
Breeze Guesthouse is conveniently located for all modes of transport into Liverpool city centre, Crosby or Southport. Guests will find major bus routes moments away and the train station a short walk. We will be more than happy to book local taxis upon request.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the schedule check in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation (or Service) will be levied.
If you need to cancel Your Booking more than 48 hours before the schedule deck-in-time a full-refund will be given unless otherwise stated.

Our check in time is 3 pm but if your room is ready before this time we will be happy to check you in!
Our check out time is 10:30am
For Telephone bookings, please make sure reservations are completed by 10pm as the reception closes at this time.

We have 10 beautiful ensuite rooms, all clean, comfortable and relaxing.
All our rooms are equipped with television, free view boxes and hairdryers, upon request we can provide
iron and iron board. We can also provide DVD’s and DVD player.
Snug lounge and bar:
We have a luxurious snug lounge and bar if at the end of the day you
wish to unwind and relax.

Breeze Guesthouse tariff is based on a per room fee which includes a full English breakfast.
