Twin/double room:
Our twin twin/double room will accommodate two people sharing or one person wishing not to share, our prices are reasonable for this.
Two people sharing starts from £60.00 per room per night
One person occupying a twin/double room starts from £29.99 per room per night.

Single room:
Our single room has one bed accommodating one person. Single room price starts from £29.99 per room per night.
Family room:
Our family room is open-planned with four single beds, this room will accommodate family of three persons or family of four persons, our family room will also accommodate a party of three to four person. Whether that be a girlie weekend of shopping or/and a night out in Liverpool City Centre OR maybe something for the boyz visiting a football match (Liverpool/Everton) then o night on the town.
Prices start from £90.00 per room per night for the family.
Room facilities:
All our rooms here at Breeze guesthouse are ensuite with showers, we provide towels and toiletries.
Each room is equipped with a television, digital free-view box, hairdryer, tea and coffee and complimentry wi-fi.
Upon request we can provide an iron and iron board, laundry service, DVD player and selection of DVD´s
Conference/ meetings
The Breeze guesthouse has a stylish meeting room ample for small business meetings (i.e. networking), courses and interviews.
The meeting room will hold a maximum of twenty people and comes equipped with LCD projector (powerpoint), white screen and flip chart with pens. Breeze guesthouse has two rates to hire the conference/meeting room.
Rate one £15.00 per person this includes hire of the conference/meeting room, equipment and tea, coffee refreshments throughout the day.
Rate two £20.00 per person this includes hire of the conference/meeting room, equipment, tea and coffee refreshments throughout the day and a lunch buffet.
We have a beautiful designed conference room, ample for small or large meetings. Our equipment is included in the price:
